Question: If I have an issue with an assignment or document, what should I do? Answer: Spend time and effort investigating the issue yourself first. If you cannot solve the issue, please ask a couple classmates in the chat if they are having the same issue. Only direct your question to a teacher if you and your classmates cannot solve the issue.
Question: How do I access my daily assignments? Answer: Click on your grade level button located in the top menu (exceptions: Algebra and STEM). Assignments are arranged by subject and then by day.
Question: Do I have to complete all of my weekly tasks for one subject in one day and then move on to another subject the next day? Answer: No, each subject has one task per day. You should complete the "Monday" task under each subject on Monday and leave the other tasks for their corresponding days.
Question: My task only says to "Click here" to access my task. How do I see the full assignment? Answer: When you see an assignment that is listed as "Click here to access your task," the word "here" is a hyperlink to documents that contain all assignment instructions. Click on the hyperlink to see specific assignment instructions.
Question: How do I contact a teacher if I have a question on an assignment? Answer: Every morning, you will be invited to a Microsoft Office Teams Chat with students in your grade level. Ms. Tucker, Ms. Monachino, and Mrs. Combs will also be on this chat, so please direct any questions about assignments to them through the chat. Email can become cluttered very quickly if specific assignment questions are coming in from all three middle school grade levels, so please keep assignment questions within the chat. Directing questions through chat also allows all students to see answers to assignment questions. This can quickly clear up confusion for an entire grade level without individual emails needing to be sent. ***When asking a question on the chat, please begin your question with "This question is for Mrs. ______________," so that teachers can identify their subject-specific questions quickly.
Question: How do I submit assignments? Answer: Please read ALL assignment instructions BEFORE beginning your tasks. Each teacher will ask for assignment submissions in different ways, so make sure you identify how you will submit your answers before you begin.
